1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

You must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

Proof of the issue (photos or description) must be provided

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Normal wear and tear

Items damaged after delivery

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, you may be eligible for:

A replacement item, or

A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed after the returned item (if required) is received and inspected.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for processing and for your financial institution to post the refund.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact Erbi Ink LLC to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of order fulfillment and delivery.
