1. Buy with confidence

2. Reporting issues
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, email us at ErbiInk@ErbiInk.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. In most cases you won’t need to send the item back.
3. Size exchanges
Need a different size? You can request one exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be new and unused. Unless otherwise stated, you cover return shipping on size exchanges.
4. Non‑returnable items
Because everything is made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Additional size changes beyond your one‑time exchange
Buyer’s remorse
Minor colour or print‑placement variations
Items that have been worn, washed or altered
Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
5. Order changes & cancellations
Our production starts quickly. Cancellations or changes are only possible within 12 hours of purchase; after that, we can’t guarantee modifications.
6. Shipping notes
We aren’t responsible for carrier delays or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
7. Refund processing
Once a refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
